As if there are not enough mad rambling, inarticulate blurbs, and mental vomit scattered throughout the vastness of the web, I have decided to lend my voice to the lunacy. I have no illusion that I have anything particularly enlightening or significant to add to the general discourse, but I like to rant and my friends and family are sick of listening to me.

So here’s my little contribution to the many characters spewed into the internet by the apes at keyboards. I’m a bookworm who calls herself a bookaholic because I am literally addicted to and dependent on the written word for my daily survival. Anyone reading my ramblings should expect references to books and articles, no matter what the topic, as well as book reviews and recommendations.

I am an atheistic freethinking secular humanist who is proudly insane. I’m an antisocial loner who can’t help but become frustrated and enraged by my fellow human beings, while holding out hope that things can be better if only we collectively stop being morons.

So there – that’s my introduction of myself and my blog. Read it or don’t, respond or don’t – I honestly don’t care.
